Free self-check for parents

Is my child exam-ready?

Five quick questions, about two minutes. This is a reflective check-in to help you start a conversation at home — not a test, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction of how your child will do on the day.

Nothing leaves this page. This self-check runs entirely in your browser. It makes no network requests, saves nothing, and stores nothing — not in an account, not in a cookie, not anywhere. Close or refresh the tab and it's gone.

1. How does your child feel about the exam's format — multiple choice, timed sections, that sort of thing?

2. When working under time pressure, how does their pace hold up?

3. Can your child explain out loud how they got an answer, not just what the answer is?

4. How consistent has their practice been over the last month or so?

5. Have they seen exam-style questions recently — in the last few weeks?

This self-check is a light conversation-starter for parents, not a psychological or educational assessment — it doesn't diagnose anything and can't predict an exam result. If you have a genuine concern about your child's learning or wellbeing, their teacher or the NSW Department of Education is a better first stop than any online quiz.
